Today is an ‘X’ Day

• Schoo’s monthly food market is tomorrow. If you have never participated and would like to, please see Mrs. Taurins in the Schoo office to pick up a permission form.

• Current Events Club will meet after school today (Oct. 31st) in room 224 with Mr. Bogus. Topics of discussion will be the Supreme Court and the mid-term elections.

• Also after school today: Anime Club, room 331, & Math Counts, room 223.

• Remember that the Box Top challenge ends today! Turn them in to your teacher right now!
The winning class will get donuts and juice on Friday.

• It’s Red Ribbon/Spirit Week (Oct. 29 to Nov. 2)! The themes are:
Today: “We’re Too Bright for Drugs” – Wear bright/neon colored clothing
Tomorrow: “Pink Out Drugs” – Wear Pink.
Friday: “Living Drug Free is NO SWEAT!” – Wear sweatpants and comfy clothing. No pajamas, please.

• Students are not allowed to wait outside after 3:15. If your ride has not arrived by that time, you must wait in the media center. You will be called out when your ride arrives. You also cannot leave the school grounds and return to ride the late bus.

• Interested in a unique and challenging high school experience? Arts & Humanities invites you to come to their Open House on Thursday, Nov. 8 from 6-7 p.m. Meet teachers and students, take a tour, and ask questions. Visiting is a great opportunity to see in-depth everything Arts & Humanities has to offer you. Please call Bobbi at 402-436-1785 with any questions.

• The Science Focus Program Open House/Info Night for prospective students will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 7th in the lower level of Camelot Commons at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo: First session 6-7 p.m.; Second session 7-8 p.m. Please call Amy at 402-436-1780 with any questions.
