  • Today (Oct. 29th) is a PLC Day. School will dismiss at 1:40 p.m.
  • You may still bring in donations of non-perishable food items for WE Scare Hunger now through Nov. 4th. Take items to your 4th period class. The 4th period that brings in the most items will win a class reward while helping feed members of our community.
  • Current Events Club will meet tomorrow (Oct. 30th) in Mr. Bogus’ room, 213. Please bring a friend and an open mind!
  • Student Peace invites you to join them in walking around the Fallbrook neighborhood from 3 to 4 p.m. tomorrow (Oct. 30th) to collect items for the food drive. Bring a coat and do good!
  • It’s Spirit Week! You can dress up and show your school spirit! Today is Twin Day, tomorrow is Jersey/Sports Day, Thursday is Grade Level Color Day – 6th graders wear blue, 7th graders wear white, 8th graders wear black and staff members wear gray! Friday is Decade Day. Pick your favorite decade to represent! Will it be the 50s, 60s, 70s or 80s? We hope you all dress up and have fun with Spirit Week!
  • Students: Please do not bring blankets to school. If you need a jacket or warm clothing as the weather gets cooler, please see your counselor or someone in the office.
  • Remember that the ‘Skill of the Week’ is ‘Making a New Friend.’ Your 1st period teacher will be watching and keeping track of students who demonstrate the skill of the week as well as general kindness towards others. Let’s reach 100 by Friday!
  • It’s National Cat Day! A couple of weeks ago it was Global Cat Day. Today is National Cat Day, founded to help the public recognize the number of cats that need to be rescued. The day also encourages cat lovers to celebrate the cats in their lives for the unconditional love and companionship that they bestow upon them.
