Schoo Middle School Daily Announcement

  • Join Student Peace today (Nov. 4th) from 3 to 4 p.m. as they walk around Fallbrook to collect donated items. The 4th period class that brings in the most items will win a reward while helping feed members of our community. The deadline to donate items here at Schoo has been extended to Nov. 8th.
  • This Thursday (Nov. 7th) is the monthly Schoo Food Market. Anyone can come to the Food Market if there is a need in your household. If you’ve never participated, and would like to, or you just want more information, see Mrs. Taurins in the Schoo office.
  • We’ve drawn the prize winners from all the submitted Schoo tickets! The following three winners will receive a free Blizzard from DQ, and a pass to Urban Air! The winner in 6th grade is Jayma Naber, submitted by Mr. Heiser. The 7th grade winner is Carson Kildow, submitted by Ms. Hagedorn! And the winner in 8th grade is Harmony Velazquez, submitted by Ms. Schneider. There were also two $10 gift cards to Super Saver for participating teachers. They were awarded to Ms. Hagedorn and Ms. Schneider.
  • It’s National Candy Day! Candy come in numerous colors, shapes, sizes and varieties and has a long history in popular culture. It was in the late 13th century that the Middle English word candy began to be used. Candy includes candy bars, chocolates, licorice, sour candies, salty candies, tart candies, hard candies, taffies, gumdrops, marshmallows and much more.
